James Tolland & Co. Ltd is one of the oldest remaining suppliers of raw materials to the animal feed industry on the Island of Ireland.

Founded in 1931 we have built our reputation based upon quality and trust with our longstanding partners.

We have a broad customer base spanning all six counties in Northern Ireland as well as some bordering counties in the Republic of Ireland.

We value our trade with large animal feed compounders and blenders as well as smaller rural merchants and stores.

Operations are conducted from our office in Belfast Harbour from which we trade a wide variety of feed ingredients.

Regular traded products include, Barley, Wheat, Maize, Soya Hypro, Soya Hulls, Wheatfeed, Corn Gluten, Corn Distillers, Sugarbeet and Rapemeal.

As well as Belfast we also have material in Greenore, Warrenpoint and Lisahally ports, making us well placed to service our customers’ logistical needs.

Our aim is to provide a unique customer service including real time market information and advice to maximise the procurement profitability for all our valued customers.

As members of the Northern Ireland Grain Trade Association (NIGTA) and The Food Fortress Ireland scheme, all of our goods are quality assured and sourced from certified partners providing full traceability, giving peace of mind to the end user.
